Resolution Performance Products (Shell-Resins), Global Financial Consolidation Manager, Houston, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and UK (June 2000 to June 2002) The Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies announced its intention to undertake a major restructuring of its chemical portfolio in December 1998. The goal is to focus on major cracker products and petrochemical building blocks. In keeping with it strategic refocusing, Shell Chemicals has identified its Resins and Versatics business as non-strategic. • Design and develop preliminary financial consolidation process, tasks, workflow, and reports format. • Participate in the mapping process from legacy systems (SAP R/3 FI/CO, Euro SAP, JD Edwards and APSAP chart of accounts) to Carat Consolidation software chart of accounts using DataLink • Design the Interfaces between data source systems (SAP R/3 FI/CO, JD Edwards.) include hardware environment (communication, transfer of data, and Citrix server) • Provide support to CFO, Global and Regional Controller, and other members of the finance support team and IT Delivery Services businesses in Europe/Middle East and Asia Pacific. • Offer an array of services including application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), international accounting and reporting advice related to capital restructures, equity investments accounting, reporting and internal controls advice. Research and resolve technical accounting issues, perform due diligence for business development projects. • Provide corporate financial management for subsidiaries in USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.

 IPO Experience Accomplishments

Universal Compression, Independent Financial Consultant, Houston Corp. (March 2000 to May 2000) Initial public offering (IPO) for Universal Compression, a leading natural gas compression services company, providing a full range of rental, sales, operations, maintenance and fabrication services and products to the natural gas industry. The company owns one of the largest gas compressor fleets in the United States, and has a growing presence in international markets including Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela and Australia, the project scope includes: • Prepare and develop flexible Pro forma financial model for the past four years including Debt / Equity Restructure, Synthetic (operating) lease, Purchase and Leaseback, Off balance sheet financing analysis and Merger and Acquisition transactions for holding and operating companies. • Working closely with CEO and CFO dealing with underwriters, attorneys, and auditors. • Assist in preparing the financial information and registration statement S-1 including Performa section with related footnotes. • Research SEC, AICPA and FASB pronouncements, interpretations and regulations • Perform market and ratio analysis for oil & gas service competitors.
